Pierrefonds · Condo lobby
Restoring a dull, heavily scratched marble floor
Years of foot traffic had left the lobby marble dull and heavily scratched. Restoration removed surface wear and brought back a high-gloss, mirror-like finish.

Real marble restoration and maintenance projects in Pierrefonds and downtown Montreal, labelled honestly.
These photos are labelled as process and result views. They are not presented as matched before-and-after pairs where capture order or camera angle is unconfirmed, and private details and people have been blurred. I restore marble and natural stone for homeowners and commercial properties across Brossard, the South Shore, Greater Montreal and Laval.
Pierrefonds · Condo lobby
Years of foot traffic had left the lobby marble dull and heavily scratched. Restoration removed surface wear and brought back a high-gloss, mirror-like finish.

Downtown Montreal · Luxury hotel
This ongoing monthly program addresses wear, staining, and surface damage to preserve a clean honed finish. Views use different angles because the original lighting was poor, so they document process and result without implying a perfectly matched comparison. The property name is not published.

Pierrefonds · Condo lobby with green marble inlay
Deep scratches and heavy traffic had left this lobby floor uneven and without its original shine. A five-stage diamond grinding process removed the damage, polishing brought back a mirror-like gloss, and a penetrating sealer now protects the finish. Identifying building details have been blurred.

Nuns’ Island · Marble lobby
Restored a worn marble lobby floor that had lost its natural shine from daily foot traffic. Carefully refinished the marble to eliminate scratches, wear and surface imperfections. Polished the marble to a high-gloss, mirror finish, restoring the stone’s clarity and natural beauty. Sealed the marble to help protect the surface from everyday wear and staining.

Outremont · Travertine floor
Restored travertine flooring in a private Outremont condominium that showed visible stains and etch marks across the main living areas. Diamond-sanded the surface to remove the etching and the damaged top layer of stone. Polished the travertine back to a smooth, uniform, high-gloss finish with an even reflection across the kitchen and dining areas.

Habitat 67 · Marble dining table
Restored a marble dining table in a residential unit at Habitat 67, in Cité-du-Havre, that showed visible etching and staining across the surface. Removed the damage with mechanical diamond honing, then refined the stone to a consistent warm honed finish and protected it with a natural penetrating sealer. The table keeps the natural character of the marble with a uniform, restored appearance.

Rivière-des-Prairies · Marble bathroom floor
Restored a marble bathroom floor in Rivière-des-Prairies affected by vinegar staining and surface etching, clearly visible in the middle of the floor in the before photo. Open and missing grout joints had also let water get under the marble, leaving moisture in the stone. Diamond-sanded the damaged areas, brushed and cleaned all grout joints, and finished the marble to a uniform honed surface with a refreshed semi-gloss appearance, protected with a penetrating sealer. The darker areas along a few joints in the after photo are residual moisture from under the stone that is still drying.
